More than 50 years ago, HoneyBaked Ham began with one store in Detroit, Michigan. Since that beginning in a single store with a single product, HoneyBaked has grown into a premium brand featuring more than bone-in ham and boneless hams.Over the years HoneyBaked Ham has built key partnerships with local grocery stores to demonstrate and sell HoneyBaked Ham products in their stores. This is accomplished through seasonal workstations manned by knowledgable representatives of the HoneyBaked brand.As a Brand Ambassador for HoneyBaked Ham you will introduce and reacquaint customers with the HoneyBaked product line which includes a wide assortment of fresh and interesting products such as smoked and roasted turkey breasts, roasts, BBQ, fresh deli sides and delectable desserts.Chances are that you, a family member or friend has experienced a holiday gathering featuring a spiral-sliced ham crowned with that sweet, crunchy glaze, handcrafted by HoneyBaked Ham. Help create these memorable traditions for other families and friends As a HoneyBaked Ham Brand Amassador you will... Greet each customer with a smile, engage their attention courteously, and interact with them attentively Develop an in-depth knowledge of all HoneyBaked products, product information, promotional products/prices Work carefully with customer to determine their specific needs Learn and demonstrate the proper way to show and bag customer hams, turkeys and other purchases Give ham/turkey serving and storing information manual Understand and contribute to the setup of the workstation, samples, temperature taking, temperature log, and sampling equipment Restock supplies as needed Keep working area clean Complete assigned opening/closing duties Be available to perform daily inventory counts and forward to appropriate leader Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications May be required to work seven (7) days a week and long hours.
